Vandy Cooks: Crafting Charcuterie and Pickling Perfection with Chef Julien Hicks

Join us for Vandy Cooks, a monthly health-focused cooking and nutrition presentation brought to you by Vanderbilt Campus Dining in collaboration with the Vanderbilt Recreation & Wellness Center. This month, Chef Julien Hicks from E. Bronson Ingram Dining Hall will lead an exciting demonstration on crafting the ideal charcuterie board and mastering the art of pickling!
