Campus Guest Meals / Visit Cards

Hosting a small group or event on campus?  Treat your guests to a meal or snack in one of Campus Dining’s convenient on-campus dining halls or cafes!

The Visit Card from Vanderbilt Campus Dining allows your department to pre-pay for a meal or cafe snack using internal funds.  Great for groups of 50 or fewer guests, the Visit Card allows for flexible dining options that meet your needs.  Please note that visit cards are only designed for internal Vanderbilt University departments (charged through Oracle cloud).

How to Order Visit Cards:

1. Fill out the form below.  Choose a full meal (or meals), or specify a dollar amount for smaller cafe or grab-and-go purchases.  Specify the number of cards you need, along with other pertinent information.
2. Once your cards are ready, Card Services will contact you to pick up your cards.  Visit cards are valid for one year, and are non-refundable.
