Vanderbilt Campus Dining Celebrates South Asia Week
Vanderbilt Campus Dining partnered with students from the South Asian Cultural Exchange to host a week long celebration of South Asian food culture across campus from March 27th through April 1st. The celebration will feature menus inspired by flavors from a variety of South Asia countries with dishes including Masala Omelets at Commons, Mango Lassi smoothies at Rand, Beef Biryani at Rothschild , and Pav Bhaji at Rand. The week will finish with a Samosa Chaat and ice cream party (including rose syrup) at Zeppos Dining Hall.
