Campus Dining Spring 2022 Semester Updates
Despite many challenges this academic year, the Campus Dining leadership team continues its efforts to elevate the on-campus dining experience, and is pleased to announce a series of enhancements to Vanderbilt’s dining program for the spring 2022 semester.
New Cuisines and Returning Favorites
Additional stations at most dining halls will be open, giving students more options during peak meal periods. This includes Bowls (customized made-to-order bowls featuring ancient grains and fire-roasted toppings) and smoothies at Rand Dining Center, chef-curated Crafted Flatbreads at Commons, and a custom Omelet Bar at EBI. Students will also enjoy the addition of hearty Pierogi bowls, a new rotating dinner option only available at Commons.
More Options and Extended Hours
Rand Dining opens this spring with continuous service – no gap between breakfast and lunch, for students who like to eat a late morning meal. Residential dining halls at Zeppos, EBI and Commons remain open a little later – now open until 8:00pm for nightly dinner service.
More Kissam
A great option for lunch and dinner, the Kitchen at Kissam is now open for breakfast – serving smoothies, acai bowls and fruit & yogurt bar – from 7am-10am weekdays, and weekend brunch from 10:00am-2:00pm Saturday and Sunday. As always, Kissam menu items are gluten free.
Sushi + Boba
Building on the popularity of meal plan sushi, our markets team is proud to add Sushi + Bubble Tea meal plan combos to the Highland Munchie Mart! Available from 11am-2pm weekdays, only at Highland.
As a reminder, the health and safety of our students is our highest priority. Please note that any program enhancements are subject to change due to updates to Vanderbilt’s Health & Safety protocols and staffing and/or supply-related service disruptions.
