This just in! Vanderbilt Campus Dining continues to excel, maintaining its position as one of the top dining programs in the nation, as noted by the Princeton Review.

At the annual “Best Campus Food” event hosted by UMass Amherst in collaboration with the Princeton Review, Vanderbilt proudly showcased its culinary prowess. Chefs Grayson and Julien dazzled attendees with their innovative take on the beloved Banh Mi, offering a choice between mushroom or chicken served on a baguette with pickled carrots, daikon, cilantro, jalapeno, mayo, and hoisin sauce. Accompanying the Banh Mi was a side of vibrant papaya salad, a crispy spring roll, and an oreo cookie bar (a Vandy Campus Dining favorite).

Chef Grayson and Chef Julien’s alongside our Assistant Director of Operational Effectiveness, Jeff Weissinger, truly demonstrated dedication to embodying the program’s core values of compassion, innovation, accountability, belonging, and fun has paved the way for continued excellence.
