Maria Portelli named Senior Director for Campus Dining
Vanderbilt University is pleased to announce that Maria Portelli has been named Senior Director for Vanderbilt University Campus Dining. Prior to her new role, Portelli formerly served as Assistant Director of Campus Dining, overseeing Rand, E. Bronson Ingram, and Zeppos dining operations. Before joining Vanderbilt in 2019, she served as Associate Director of Business Services at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus where she oversaw Campus Dining, Bookstore, Mail Center, Printing Services, and the Information Desk. Portelli was a valued member of several leadership committees at the University of Colorado, including the Master Plan group for CU Denver.
