Fall 2021: What’s New
The plexiglass is gone, floor decals have been removed, and our culinary team has been hard at work this summer, testing new recipes and menu concepts. Campus Dining is proud to open back up this fall, and to share some of the new and exciting things we’ve been planning for you. Here are a few highlights:
Munchie Marts are Open
Browse the aisles of munchie marts again! Walk in and browse munchie meals and snacks for yourself. Enjoy fresh options which include handcrafted sandwiches, salads, wraps, and fresh plates – all made right here on campus. Fresh options, sides and beverages are available with meal swipe; snacks and other convenience items may be purchased with Meal Money or Commodore Cash.
New Locations + Old Faves
Enjoy two new locations this year – the Alumni Cafe and Rand Grab & Go Market – each featuring a selection of fresh meal plan options for students on the go. In addition, we’re pleased to announce that Suzie’s Espresso is back in more spots, conveniently located in Central Library, MRB3, Featheringill Hall, and the Blair School of Music.
Sushi is on the Menu
Love the taste of fresh made sushi? We’ve got you covered! Exclusively at the Highland Munchie Mart is Wasabi, our new sushi concept. With freshly-prepared sushi rolls made in-house daily, Wasabi will offer a variety of rolls, poke bowls, Boba Tea, and more. Meal plan options include a vegetable roll, aloha roll, or dragon roll + side and beverage.
Dining Hall News
With relaxed social distancing requirements this fall, we’re proud to announce that all-you-care-to-eat dining is back at E.Bronson Ingram and Nicholas S. Zeppos dining halls. Enjoy a vegan diet? Be sure to check out The Veggie Table, our new vegan-friendly concept, available weekdays at Rand. For Gluten-Free dining, visit the Kitchen at Kissam, and don’t forget our award-winning 2301 Allergen-Free location, featuring fresh sauté bowls and smoothies available ONLY on the GET mobile order app.
Flexible Meal Swipes
This year, you can redeem your meal swipes in dining halls, cafes, and munchie marts – with no maximum per location type. The only limit is one meal swipe per hour.
