Campus Dining Brings South Asian Cuisine to Campus
Vanderbilt Campus Dining and students from the South Asian Cultural Exchange (SACE) have joined together again to celebrate South Asian culture through cuisine from Monday, April 8 to Friday, April 12.
This week-long celebration will feature menu items inspired by flavors from a variety of South Asia countries with dishes including Pav Baji, Wai Wai noodles, and Mango Lassi. The collaboration will conclude Samosa Chaat and ice cream party at Zeppos dining hall during dinner.
