To schedule our catering services, please call the catering office at (615) 32-CATER or 2-2837 on-campus. You may also e-mail Christi Clarkson, Program Coordinator, at christi.g.clarkson@vanderbilt.edu.

 

Event Extras

Vanderbilt Catering & Evebts is happy to help with all your event planning needs. We can provide linens, florals, décor, and much more. Be sure to ask about the extra services that you may need.

 

Sustainability

We buy local and organic produce utilizing over 50 local vendors. Our sustainability coordinator sources corn based plastic cups, compostable paper cups, and recycled content box lunch materials. Our catered events offer department owned china service.

 

Payment Policy

Account and center numbers (on-campus) or a credit card number are required to schedule and confirm catering services.

 

Delivery

All our prices include high quality disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, and cups. Delivery fee also includes setup and clean up of your event with all food served on china platters with black table drape on food and beverage tables.

 

Guest Count Policy

We require a guaranteed guest count 7 business days prior to the event. If a guarantee is not provided, your last estimate becomes your guarantee. After providing a guarantee, guest counts cannot decrease. Minor increases can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

 

Food Removal Policy

Due to the regulations of the Health Department, as well as catering industry standards, any food not consumed at the event may not be removed except by Vanderbilt Catering & Events.
