Campus Dining Chefs win Bronze

Catering Chef, Tom Allen won Bronze at the National Association of College & University Food Service (NACUFS) Regional Culinary Challenge on March 26. The Culinary Challenge recognizes outstanding food preparation and presentation skills in collegiate dining services.

Sous Chefs Justin Eaton of Specialty Dining and Johnny Woods of McTyeire Language House won Bronze at the 2014 Music City Challenge. This competition is ACF (American Culinary Federation) sanctioned culinary competition hosted by the Middle Tennessee ACF Chapter at The Art Institute Tennessee-Nashville on March 31 – April 1.
